Please remember that

Borrowing and return operations at the Loan Desk end 10 minutes before the closing of the Library.
Borrowing privileges are granted only to the students and academic staff of the College of Europe. External users can consult the library material and documents only on site.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the Library.
Users are asked to maintain silence in the Library and to use Library materials appropriately.
When demand for access to computers or photocopy machines exceeds supply, priority is given to students of the College.
Users are asked to take good care of the books, periodicals and documents. Making notes or marking texts in books or periodicals is not allowed.
