The Library actively cooperates with the Bruges Library according to the College of Europe motto: “One College – two campuses”. The Library was also a member of the European Information Association (EIA) (EIA ceased to exist at the end of 2012). In 2004 Library Director Wiktor T. Poźniak was awarded the Helen Greer Memorial Prize for his outstanding contribution to EDC librarianship.

The Natolin Library also participates in the EUROLIB forum which represents the libraries of the institutions of the European Union plus a small number of related libraries, such as those at the College. The European Documentation Centre in Natolin also cooperates actively with the network of EDCs in Poland.

In 1997-2019 at the beginning of each Academic Year the Library organized a seminar on European information and documentation addressed to the students of the College of Europe at Natolin delivered by a distinguished specialist in the field of European information: Mr. Ian Thomson.
