In this study, the author expands the discourse on gender equality by analyzing how social structures and traditional concepts of masculinity operate in contemporary society. Utilizing data across education, healthcare, the labor market, and life expectancy, Gulczyński examines the systemic effects of gender norms on male life trajectories, offering insights for more intersectional and effective policy framework.
