Many of you have reached out to us for assistance in searching through previous Promotions’ Master Theses. Here are clear instructions, in four steps, on how to access this collection in our catalogue:
- Go to the Advanced search in the Natolin Library’s catalogue.
- Limit your results to only Master Theses (by selecting Master Theses in the Collection slot.
- In the General line, enter the asterisk (*) symbol.
The asterisk (*) represents any character, so the catalogue will display all records from the Master Theses collection. - Click the arrow button.
All MTs are in electronic form, so after selecting your thesis from the list of results, simply click on the Local access link to open the thesis in PDF format.
If prompted for credentials, please enter the same login information you use for your Intranet or your email within the @coleurope.eu domain.

Once you access the complete list of records, sort them effortlessly by date by clicking the Sort by button in the top right corner.
Need to search by Thesis Supervisor? There are two easy ways!
1. Simply enter the last name of one of our professors in place of the asterisk (*) symbol in the General search line.
2. To access a complete list of all MT supervisors, along with the number of theses they have supervised, use the browse feature and enter an asterisk (*) in the Thesis Supervisor line. You can also type a supervisor’s name in that same line.
Looking to search by keywords or subject terms?
Enter your keywords directly into the General search line.
For subject terms, the Natolin Library utilizes EuroVoc, a comprehensive multilingual thesaurus maintained by the Publications Office of the European Union, and hosted on the Europa portal. Get the results you need!
